Polish Zlotys

The main currency used in Poland is the Zloty, which is subdivided into 100 groszy. Coins come in denominations of 1, 2, 5, 10, 20, and 50 Groszy as well as 1, 2 and 5 Zloty. Banknotes of zlotys come in denominations of 10, 20, 50, 100, 200 as well as an upcoming 500 zloty banknote which is expected to be in circulation by 2017. All banknotes feature various notable leaders of Poland from as far as 900 A.D.
