Recommendation Letters...

Letter of Recommendation From Kevin Letcher.

April 15, 2013
To Whom it May Concern:
It is not everyday that I as a teacher have the privilege to have a student such as Mayson McGuire in my classroom. Mayson is the type of student who is always punctual, always gives his best effort and can be trusted by his teachers and peers.
During the first 12 weeks of the 2009-10 school year, I had the honor to have Mayson in my Social Studies Survey class. I had the privilege to get to know someone who was caring and compassionate about everything he attempted. Whether it be a project at school or helping a fellow student in Freshmen Foundations, Mayson always gave his best effort.
This is why I am writing this letter of recommendation. I know that no matter what he is doing, Mayson will do it with pride and will give 110% in each endeavor he encounters. I also had the opportunity to coach Mayson on the golf team here at Montgomery County. Mayson was a true leader on and off the course and led by example. He always gave me his best effort and more importantly he had a great time playing golf.
If you would like to talk with me about any of Mayson’s attributes, please feel free to contact me at any of the addresses below. Thank you greatly for your time.
Sincerely,
Kevin P. Letcher

Letter of Recommendation From Megan Miller.

I am writing this reference at the request of Mayson McGuire.
I have known Mayson for a year in my capacity as a teacher at Montgomery County High School. Mayson is currently taking English from me and earned proficient grades in this class. Based on Mayson’s grades, attendance and class participation, I'd rate Mayson’s academic performance in my class as superior.
Mayson has a number of strengths to offer at the secondary educational level. Mayson is always interested in supporting others and is a natural born leader. For example, this year Mayson excelled in his ability to lead other is his cooperative group. Mayson also should outstanding ability to educate others when he has taught the students in his English class.
In conclusion, I would highly recommend Mayson McGuire. If his performance in my class is any indication of how he would perform in college, Mayson is deserving of any opportunity. If you should ever need any additional information you can feel free to contact me by email at megan.miller2@montgomery.kyschools.us anytime.
Sincerely,
Megan E. Miller-Smith Teacher, Montgomery County High School

To whom it may concern
I confirm that I have known Mayson McGuire for four years. Being a teacher at Montgomery County High School I come in contact with hundreds of students each year. While I knew Mayson previously, I never worked with him until the 2012-2013 school year. During this time Mayson took part in my Technical Media and Productions class.
At all times I have found Mayson to be dependable, reliable, and hard working. Mayson is a capable worker that any employer would value. Mayson is also an adapt learner. Mayson only needs to be shown something once. Mayson’s work ethic also ensures that ever job is completed.
I’m happy to provide further information if required.
Sincerely,
Adam Thornsburg
