Mock Trial, Student Witness
As a Student Witness, I studied affidavits and assisted my team in presenting our case to the court. In my years participating with our Mock Trial Team, our team won the state finals, and later was honored as top ten in the nation.

National High School Beta
As a member of the Beta Club I believe in and strive to promote the principles of honesty, service, humility and charity. I attended all meetings and contributed suggestions and ideas wherever possible.

Students Enjoying Rewarding Volunteering Experiences (SERVE)

Active participant in volunteering service group. Through service experiences with various community partners, I developed skills in civic engagement, social responsibility, and community leadership.

Postponing Sexual Involvement (PSI), Discussion Facilitator
I encouraged adolescents to practice abstinence, through classroom discussions and informative group exercises. My involvement in this group is not only motivated by my concern for the high increase of teen pregnancy in the nation, but also by a strong moral value that I hold.

As a member of Key Club, I participated in several projects to serve the community. Projects I have participated in include volunteering the local retirement home, to sing to the elderly, making poinsettias to sell for Christmas charity program, and community outreach.

As a member of FBLA, I bring business and education together in a positive working relationship through innovative leadership and career development programs, as well as strive to develop the qualities necessary in becoming a responsible business leader.
